Florence is a Psychologist registered with the Ontario College of Psychologists.

Florence has over ten years of experience treating those with a wide range of difficulties, from mild everyday stress to more complex conditions. She believes that each client is an expert in their own experience, and therefore, tailors her approach to meet their unique needs. If given the opportunity, she would like to help facilitate your journey to improved wellness. She provides a non-judgmental, supportive, warm and empathetic environment. This personalized approach encourages personal growth and goal achievement and makes you feel understood and valued. Florence is passionate about helping postsecondary students and young adults navigate this challenging transition while providing them with strategies to manage stress and build self-confidence.

Florence specializes in treating mood disorders, OCD, life transitions, bereavement, pregnancy loss, infertility, racial identity, self-harm, relationship issues, and stress. Her clinical practice is guided by a variety of different modalities, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), while integrating principles and tools from solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy. She has worked in a variety of settings ranging from post-secondary institutions, family health teams, and a non-profit organization.

When Florence is not working, you will find her travelling, skiing, and spending time with her family and two dogs.
